- Important information concerning COVID-19
(We ensure that all packages are handled in extremely sanitized environments. Due to this we ask for extra time for packages to be delivered.) USPS has been struggling with staff issues and may take longer once the package is dropped off to be delivered. There has also been many reports from other sources that they are not scanning in all the packages to make things faster due to being short staffed. Please be patient and reach out if it doesn’t arrive within a week. They also might take the packages out of route due to being short staffed with trucks. Please email with any questions or concerns.
( If you have ANY questions about an order placed make sure that you email them to me. I cannot guarantee a fast response on social media. Email is the best & fastest way to contact. )
- Please take note that I am only one person! I appreciate the recent support & I'm blessed. Due to influx in orders please allow all made to order items 1-3 weeks to be completed & shipped.
- Please allow 3 - 15 business days for orders to be processed. Express processing can be found under all listings for an additional cost over shipping! Check emails for confirmation & tracking information oncer shipped out.
- I ship all orders with (USPS) First Class or Priority. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after being sent out.
- Sticker & Print orders do not come with tracking numbers. There is no shipping charge on them and they are shipped with a regular envelope & stamp.
- Sticker & Print orders (International) shipping will be $5 to cover the cost of all stamps needed to ship out. They do not come with a tracking number since it’s mailed with stamps.
- Tracking numbers are sent out via the email provided in orders.
- All orders are packaged by me so please contact me if there is a problem.
- Please always double check your address!! If a package is sent back to me due to a customer input error I will ask that you pay a reshipment fee to have it resent out.
- If refused to pay the reshipment fee after a package is sent back a refund with the order amount minus the shipment fee from previous shipment attempt will be returned and canceled.
Refunds & Exchanges -
- If an item is accidently ordered please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- I offer Returns & Exchanges under circumstances. All order items that need to be returned have to be in our possession for examination before a refund or exchange can be put forth.
- If there is a problem with your order or items ordered please contact me via email or social media explaining the problem. I will always provide my best options and service
Damages/Lost Package -
- Please reach out if you have any issues with your package. It is always the goal to work with you to make sure your happy!
- I can't be held responsible for any damaged/lost packages once it has been dropped off at the post office for shipment.
- Please contact your post office & us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged package so we may file a claim.
- MOLDAVITE- all Moldavite is GENUINE. We have certifications of authenticity. We have been buying & dealing with the same Moldavite seller for 5 years.
- All Crystals are genuine unless stated so in the items listing description. We can assure you that we have the highest quality crystals for our prices.
- (Wire) All jewelry that is wire wrapped will have the type of wire material listed. The most common that we use are .925 Sterling Silver, Raw Copper, Oxidized Copper, Non Tarnish Copper, Tarnish Resistant Silver, Tarnish Resistant Gold wire & Black Coated Copper Wire
- (Resin) All Resin is fully cured and safe. Its not recommend to leave resin in hot environments for a long period of time.
- Its highly discouraged for any jewelry to get wet or be placed in water. If an item needs cleaning use a dry rag/ microfiber towel & official jewelry polish.
