• When will my order ship?

We tend to ship once a week! You'll get a tracking number in the email or phone number provided once it ships out.

• My tracking number hasn't updated yet, what can I do?

Contact us via email to see if you package was dropped off, usually it takes 24 hours for USPS to update the status once it's picked up. 

• My package has been stuck in transit for a long time, what can I do?

If your package was accepted by USPS and it seems like its been in transit longer than it should, email us and give USPS customer service a call or email as well. 

• How do I use my discount code?

You can apply an active discount code in checkout under the shopping cart tab.

• How long does shipping usually take?

Once USPS picks up the package it will take 3-5 business days for it to be delivered in the USA. Worldwide shipping can take 1-2 weeks.
